At KIDDOBEE, we pay babysitters between €13 and €20 per hour, based on their qualifications, experience, and the specific tasks required. Unlike many agencies, which pay all babysitters the same rate regardless of the difficulty or number of children involved, we believe in compensating babysitters fairly for the work they do. For example, caring for 2 infants is not the same as watching over 1 preteen, and we recognize that difference in pay. Babysitters with specialized qualifications, such as nursing or experience with children with special needs, are also paid more.
